RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- The product must be in the same condition as received
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Items that cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Digital items
- Sale or discounted products
- Opened decks of cards (for security & hygiene reasons)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless:
- The product arrived damaged
- We made an error in your order
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
We will ship a replacement at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once the order has left our warehouse, cancellation is no longer possible.
