This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your order will be processed and delivered.

 

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed.

You will be notified if there is any significant delay.

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (Netherlands): 1–3 business days
  • Europe: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

 

3. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

 

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Bad Beat Basement is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

 

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost packages due to incorrect addresses
  • Delivery failures caused by missing apartment numbers or postal errors

If a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

 

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Bad Beat Basement is not liable for packages damaged or lost during shipping.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier immediately and file a claim.

We can assist you with documentation if needed.

 

7. Order Not Received

If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your order:

  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Verify the shipping address
  • Contact the carrier for location details

If the carrier confirms delivery, Bad Beat Basement cannot issue a refund.
