Custom items (e.g., personalized poker guards, custom playing cards, etc.) are non-refundable unless defective.

All prices are listed in Euros (€), including VAT where applicable.

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

Payment must be completed before orders are processed.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and cancel an order if necessary.


5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier, location, and unforeseen circumstances.


Bad Beat Basement is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors.


6. Returns & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy applies to all returns.

Please review the policy carefully before requesting a return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the eligibility conditions.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide photos and a clear description of the issue so we may arrange a replacement or refund.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, images, and product concepts — including the Broken Spade symbol — are the exclusive property of Bad Beat Basement.

They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.


9. Limitation of Liability

Bad Beat Basement is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits or data
  • Issues caused by misuse of products

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
